Booking Conditions
To make a reservation, it is necessary to register for free on the platform. Reservations can only be made online through our portal, using a credit card (Visa/Mastercard) as the sole method of payment. However, you can choose to enter the Telepass device identification code as an entry method instead of using the QR CODE.
The reservation must be made by 23:59 on the day before the start of the parking period. In the registration form, you must provide the required payment details, including those for possible invoicing. The information needs to be filled out the first time and can be saved for subsequent reservations. Once the full payment is made, the system will automatically send the confirmation and QR code to the email address used for registration.
It is recommended to take a screenshot of the generated QR code and save it on your mobile phone, as it will be necessary for parking access. If Telepass is chosen, there is no need to show the QR code, as entry to the parking lot will occur automatically.
NOTE: If Telepass access is not chosen for the reservation, the device cannot be on board the vehicle, as Telepass would be automatically detected at the entrance, initiating the transaction. In such cases, no refund for double transactions can be requested.
Extension of Reservation
It is not possible to occupy the parking space beyond the reservation end time. Any extension will be at the discretion of the service manager based on the current availability and rates at the parking entrance.
Parking Access
To access the parking lot, you need to show the QR code received during the reservation on the reader at the entrance column. Alternatively, if you have chosen Telepass access, the barriers will automatically open upon recognition of your device, without the need for a QR code.
NOTE: If Telepass access is not chosen for the reservation, the device cannot be on board the vehicle, as Telepass would be automatically detected at the entrance, initiating the transaction. In such cases, no refund for double transactions can be requested.
Access to the parking lot is possible until 20 minutes before the reservation expires (time required for loading and unloading operations). Unused time will not be refunded. The reservation will be considered used, and parking access will be based on current availability and rates, at the discretion of the service manager.
Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation is made, it cannot be canceled through the portal. You must send an email to montebaldo@sirmioneservizi.it, stating the reasons for the request. After evaluation by the management, a refund may be processed.
