How do I book?

In order to make a reservation you need to register for free on the platform.

It is possible to book exclusively online via our portal, using the credit card (Visa/Mastercard) as the only payment method, however you can choose to enter the identification code of the Telepass device as the entry method instead of using the QRCode.

The reservation must be made by 11.59pm on the day preceding the start date of the stay. In the registration form it will be necessary to fill in the data of the person who will make the payment by providing what is requested, including those for any invoicing. The data must be filled in the first time and it will be possible to save them for subsequent bookings.

Once the full amount has been paid, the system will automatically send the confirmation and the QR code to the email address used for registration.

We suggest to take a screenshot of the generated QR code and save it on your mobile phone, as you will need to use it to access the car park. If you have chosen the Telepass, it will not be necessary to show the QRCode as you will automatically access the car park.

PLEASE NOTE: if access with Telepass is not chosen for the booking, the device CANNOT be on board the vehicle because, at the entrance to the car park, the Telepass would be automatically detected, starting the transaction and it will not be possible to request a refund in case of double transaction.

Can I extend my stay?

It will not be possible to stay after the end of the booking. There is a penalty for those who derogate from this term, to be paid in cash before exit or by direct debit if booked via Telepass.

How to access the parking?

To access the car park, it will be necessary to show the QR-CODE, received during the booking phase, on the reader present at the entrance column. Or, if you have chosen access via Telepass, the gate will automatically rise when your device is recognized, without the need for a QR Code.

PLEASE NOTE: if access with Telepass is not chosen for the booking, the device CANNOT be on board the vehicle given that, at the entrance to the car park, the Telepass would be automatically detected, starting the transaction and it will not be possible to request a refund in case of double transaction.

Please remember that access to the car park will be possible up to 20 minutes before the booking expires (time necessary for loading and unloading operations). Time not used cannot be refunded.

The reservation will therefore be considered used and access to the car park depends on the availability, at the rates on site, as assessed by the service manager.

Can I book with telepass?

In case of purchasing reservations online through Telepass, you are required to enter the 10-digit device code located below the barcode, according to the model:

In cases where:

  • Entry to the parking lot occurs without having purchased the reservation online through Telepass.
  • The reservation has been purchased online via QRCode, but entry to the parking lot is made with the Telepass device on board.
  • The incorrect Telepass number was entered during the purchase.

The displayed tariff will be applied with a direct debit to the Telepass account.

I made a mistake with my booking, what can I do?

The reservation, once made, cannot be canceled via the portal.

It will be necessary to write an email to montebaldo@sirmioneservizi.it, indicating the reasons for the request. Up to an evaluation by the Management, any refund will be made.

Code of conduct

  • Turn off the engine when the vehicle is stationary.
  • Park while respecting the signage of the available parking space.
  • It is not allowed to wash your vehicle with chemical detergents during the parking period.
  • Follow the instructions of the MonteBaldo car park staff.
